How soon can someone come and look at the job?
Usually within a couple of working days of you getting in touch. If you're already on an AMC with us and something has gone down, there's a 24/7 line for exactly that.
Do you cover sites outside Dubai?
We do — across all seven emirates, and since 2025 in Vijayawada, India as well. Let us know where the site is and what kind of building it is, and we'll confirm we can cover it when we talk.
What's included in an Annual Maintenance Contract?
Scheduled preventive inspections across all installed systems, rapid-response callouts for faults, a 24/7 support line, and firmware/software update management.
What kind of warranty do I get?
Two years on every install, covering both the parts we supply and the work we do.
How do you price a job?
It comes down to scope — how many devices, how much cabling, and how easy the site is to work in. The survey itself is free, and you'll see an itemised quote before anyone lifts a tool.
Can you handle multiple service types on one project?
That's most of our work — CCTV, access control, networking and AV are usually specified together on a single job, handled by the same engineering team from survey to handover.
